Ingredients
100% lemon balm (Melissa officinalis).
How to brew
Steep 1 teaspoon, or a three-finger pinch, in water heated to 90–95°C for 5–8 minutes. Avoid over-brewing to prevent bitterness. Enjoy on its own, or add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey to taste.
