Hand-picked and shade-dried in Kashan, Iran, the buds offer a full floral flavour with a honeyed depth. Enjoy their natural delicacy on its own, or add a little honey for a sweeter cup.

Ingredients
100% Damask rose buds (Rosa damascena).
How to brew
Steep 1 teaspoon in water heated to 85–90°C for 5–7 minutes. Watch the buds gently open as they infuse. Serve in a clear glass to enjoy the colour, and add honey if desired.
