Nettle brings a green, grassy base, lemon verbena adds a clean lemon aroma, and Persian echium lends soft floral notes. Expect a distinctly herbal, earthy flavour rather than a sweet cup.

Ingredients
Nettle (Urtica dioica), lemon verbena (Aloysia citrodora) and Persian echium (Echium amoenum).
How to brew
Steep 1 teaspoon in water heated to 90–95°C for 5–8 minutes. Enjoy hot, or allow to cool and serve over ice. Add a squeeze of lemon to brighten the citrus notes.
