Green tea and mint lead the flavour, with ginger, cinnamon and cardamom adding warmth. Rose petals soften the finish, while lemon balm brings a delicate citrus note.

A NZ Artisan Awards Bronze Medal winner, this carefully prepared blend features hand-selected green tea buds and upper leaves, hand-crushed cinnamon and gently cracked cardamom pods.

Ingredients

Green tea, peppermint, Damask rose petals, cardamom, dried ginger, Ceylon cinnamon and lemon balm.

How to brew

Steep 1 teaspoon in water heated to 85–90°C for 3–5 minutes. Avoid fully boiling water to protect the green tea's flavour. For a stronger flavour, lightly grind the blend before brewing. To enjoy iced, allow the brewed tea to cool and serve over ice.
