Ingredients
Persian echium (Echium amoenum), valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and lemon verbena (Aloysia citrodora).
How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon, or a three-finger pinch, per cup. Steep in water heated to 90–95°C for 5–8 minutes. For a second infusion, simply add more hot water. Enjoy on its own, or add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey.
