Ingredients
Green tea, orange blossom, dried ginger, peppermint and Damask rose petals.
How to brew
Steep 1 teaspoon in water heated to 80–85°C for 3–5 minutes. Use water below boiling to avoid bitterness from the green tea. Enjoy hot or allow to cool and serve over ice. Add a squeeze of lemon to brighten the orange blossom notes.
